great central stay
excellent location helpful staff eco-friendly shampoo
i found the location excellent as it allowed easy access to many attractions. the staff were also very helpful , providing useful recommendations. i really liked the eco-friendly shower gel and shampoo provided in the room.
the small sofas in the breakfast area had noticeable food marks , which affected the overall cleanliness. i think more frequent cleaning of these sofas would greatly improve the dining experience.

my room featured two windows that overlooked the street , providing nice views and maintaining quietness. the bed was also comfortable. heating and air conditioning are available in the room , offering climate control.

the hotel offered a good breakfast with a great choice of items , including various juices. a nice coffee machine was available. sweets , tea and bakery from breakfast was in reception all day , a plus.

Fantastic Stay!
friendly staff great advice excellent location
I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Pedro gave me great advice about visiting the local stadium, which I appreciated. He even suggested a good running route for the morning. The location is excellent, close to Plaza de Armas and the main attractions.
My room felt quite small , and I noticed a lack of storage space for my clothes. Living out of my suitcase was not ideal .

this hotel had a good location when visiting. it is central and not too far from transport. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. they gave good tips for restaurants.
we had a super small room there. the bed was also smaller than the typical size. the walls were very thin and you could hear everyone.

The hotel is centrally located. local eateries were open nearby when i arrived late. i left my airpods. The hotel emailed me back quickly and held them for pickup. i was able to leave my luggage at reception for the day, helpful.
The walls were thin. I could hear corridor noise.

small room door gaps
the room was small. i think it was not sound proof because i heard noise from the corridor. also, there were gaps in the door allowing light in from outside. i had a bad experience with my sleep.

The location is amazing i could reach all the main attractions so fast! also, the staff were super friendly especially pedro. He gave me some great local tips!
the elevator was out of service during my entire stay so i had to use the stairs
